How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain categories like innerwear and masks are non-returnable.

Each product page features a detailed Size Guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit, as sizing may vary between different styles.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How do I care for my MyMuse garments?
To maintain the quality of your clothes, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the inner label. Generally, machine wash cold with similar colors and avoid direct sunlight while drying.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any further changes.
