Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the apparel is unwashed, unworn, and has all original brand tags attached; our team will review the request within 24 hours.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the package from your doorstep at no additional cost within 2-3 business days.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
